Do you receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits?
Free tuition is available for students who enroll in one of the following programs:
- Behavioral Health Technician
- Certified Nurse Assistant
- Certified Damage Appraisal
- English Language Learner
- CompTIA
- HVAC
- Medical Inpterpreter
- Caring for Alzheimers & Memory Care
- Caring for Hospice Patients
To determine your eligibility for free tuition, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact Roxana Marrero at rmarrero@massbay.edu and let us know which program you would like to enroll in or for more information.
Visit the our website at https://massbay.coursestorm.com/ for information about programs description and course schedules.
Step 2: Complete the Intake Form
Click here complete the intake form.
Step 3: Sign the Permission to Share Information (PSI) Form
You will receive a PSI form from adobesign@adobesign.com

You may sign the form electronically or in person at

DTA ID Required
Please have your DTA Agency ID available when completing the PSI form. You can find your DTA Agency ID in communications from DTA, typically located in the top-right corner of DTA letters and notices.
Important: The PSI form cannot be processed without your DTA Agency ID.
What Happens Next?
We will contact you by email to schedule a follow-up meeting regarding your SNAP E&T enrollment and eligibility.
Late Applicants: Students who apply after the program begins may be permitted to attend classes while their SNAP E&T eligibility is being determined.
