This interactive workshop is designed to help students navigate their educational and professional pathways. Participants will explore various college options, career fields, and the skills necessary for success in today's job market. Through guided activities, discussions, and guest speakers, students will: Identify personal interests and strengths - engage in self-assessment exercises to clarify career aspirations and academic goals; Seek guidance for educational opportunities - seeking guidance around educational opportunities; learn about colleges, career programs and special certificates that align with their interests and career objectives; Understand career pathways - explore different industries and the qualifications required, including necessary degrees, certifications, and skills; Develop action plans - create personalized roadmaps outlining steps to achieve their educational and career goals, including course selection and extracurricular activities; Networking and resources - gain insights on building professional networks, leveraging resources, and seeking mentorship opportunities. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a clearer vision of their pathway, and the tools needed to pursue their college and career goals with confidence.
