Certified Damage Appraisal Apprenticeship: This is a six-week course that prepares students for Part II of the MA Automobile Damage Appraisers License Exam and fulfills the Massachusetts three-month apprenticeship requirement. The course will focus heavily on the preparation of an estimate and skills to interact with clients. Instructor is ICAR Platinum certified and has more than 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry, including 16 years of management and appraisal experience.

Automotive Damage Appraisal Course: Part I - Claims professionals, auto body technicians and others are trained for the Massachusetts Automobile Damage Appraisers License Examination. The course includes in- depth discussion of insurance regulations, policy arbitration, and work completion forms, use of Flat Rate Manuals, collision diagnosis, cost estimation and preparation of written estimates.
