This workshop is tailored for business owners seeking to enhance their digital skills and leverage technology to grow their enterprises. Participants will engage in practical, hands-on activities designed to improve their understanding of digital tools and strategies essential for modern business operations. Key topics include: Understanding digital basics - familiarization with hardware, software and common operating systems; Online communications - best practices for email etiquette and virtual meetings; Digital tools for business management - introduction to essential software and phone apps for accounting, bookkeeping and project management; E-commerce fundamentals - understanding payment systems, and enhancing customer experience in digital shopping; and Digital safety and privacy - strategies for protecting business data, understanding threats and recognizing phishing scams. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a solid understanding of how to implement digital solutions in their business, improve operational efficiency, and enhance their online presence, positioning themselves for success in a competitive market.
