Step 3: You will receive a consent form from us to sign (email or in-person option is available)

Step 4: Use the link below to schedule a 15-minute phone call with us to review Certified Nurse Assistant program requirements.

Step 5: Attend a follow-up meeting for SNAP E&T enrollment.

Note: For late applications, we may need to temporarily register you for the class under the grant before determining your eligibility. Please be aware that you will be dropped from the class if you are found ineligible.

Lecture: Tuesday & Wednesday, 4 - 7 pm | Virtual

Labs: Saturday or Friday, 8 am - 2 pm or 3 pm - 8:30 pm |Framingham, MA or Concord, MA

Clinical: Saturday & Sunday or Friday & Saturday, TBD | Framingham, MA or Concord, MA
